Thomas Korf is a Managing Director at Traxi. He brings over a decade of expertise in corporate restructuring and strategic business planning to the Traxi team. As a financial advisor Mr. Korf has been involved in nearly 75 restructurings.

Mr. Korf has served as financial advisor in some of the industry’s highest profile cases, including United Airlines, Covanta Energy Corporation and Warnaco Group. As an expert in his field, he offers discretion and depth of knowledge in all aspects of turnaround and bankruptcy reorganization, loan workouts and business planning.

Prior to joining Traxi, Mr. Korf served as a Director at several regional and national boutique restructuring firms as well as being an auditor and tax accountant for several years. His breadth of experience gives him the advantage of seeing all perspectives of a restructuring situation.

Mr. Korf holds a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton, an MBA in Finance from the City University of New York, and he is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and a CIRA (Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor).
