Managing Director, Joseph Perrone is a restructuring professional with over 40 years experience in nearly every industry. He's worked with mid-sized owner managed companies to multibillion dollar global businesses. His expertise is in: manufacturing, telecommunications, real estate, engineering and construction, publishing, television broadcasting and production, shipping, service-oriented businesses, as well as many others.

Mr. Perrone has worked in extensive integration and restructurings, IPO's, merger and acquisitions, business evaluations, organizational studies, business planning and profit improvement evaluation, project management and productivity reviews, and financial planning and analysis. He has served as an expert in commercial disputes, particularly in the area of construction claims.

Before joining Traxi, he was a senior partner with a Big 4 accounting firm. He served as a global managing partner for large global clients and directed the NY Metro Communications, Media and Entertainment practice. He's also served as a senior executive at a large global company.
