Dennis Rodriguez is a Director with Traxi in New York. Mr. Rodriguez specializes in providing operational and financial advisory in complex reorganizations for both debtors and creditors. He brings a breadth of experience working with clients across a wide range of industries, including automotive, manufacturing, retail apparel, airline, distribution and transportation.

Prior to joining Traxi, Mr. Rodriguez was a manager with Alvarez & Marsal's Private Equity Performance Improvement Group in New York, where he focused on operational improvement and cost rationalization for private equity portfolio companies.

His project work includes working capital reduction, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, recapitalization strategies, implementation of turnaround initiatives, performance improvement concepts, business planning and operational due diligence.

Mr. Rodriguez began his career with Arthur Andersen's Global Corporate Finance group, where he provided financial advisory services related to corporate reorganization, underperforming and distressed companies, troubled loan matters, corporate bankruptcy, equity committees and creditor committees.

Mr. Rodriguez received a bachelor's degree, with honors, in finance from the University of Florida.
