Steven A. San Filippo

Steve is a managing director of Traxi, LLC, a premier financial advisory firm that provides comprehensive, practical and streamlined solutions to complex business challenges. He has more than 30 years of experience in the banking, financial advisory and management consulting industries and has overseen bankruptcy cases nationwide. Over the last 20 years, Steve has served as a chief operating officer, chief financial officer and chief restructuring officer, as well as financial advisor, crisis manager, trustee, and assignee for the benefit of creditors. He has also served as a management consultant, guiding a broad range of debtors, creditors, lenders and creditors' committees.

Over the course of his career, Steve has represented hundreds of clients, focusing on corporate finance, strategic and operational issues, complex debt restructuring, turnaround plan development and implementation, cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation and claims resolution. He has a broad range of restructuring and bankruptcy industry experience. He has assisted clients in the publishing, retail, manufacturing, distribution, printing and healthcare industries through the process of developing, negotiating and completing both formal and informal plans of reorganization. Steve's current assignments include serving as chief restructuring officer to a diversified portfolio of companies that have distribution, manufacturing and real estate operations.

Steve received a BA in liberal arts from Gettysburg College and an MBA in finance from New York University Stern School of Business. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, and New York Institute of Credit.
